back

I've survived practicum!!! I'm still alive!!! thou this blog has been dead for months.. haha finally chong chu jiang hu.. ok this post shall summarise the happenings in the past months.. will be image-heavy!

Practicum and Graduation
yeah!!!!!! it's finally the last wk of practicum and we r super slack this wk coz it's their midyears hehe so no more lessons.. and i'm officially posted back to springfield sec.. the posting took us by surprise lor so sudden-ly early leh... a pity weiming and haslinda both posted to other schools.. can only xiang yi wei ming w jilyn le.. haha took some pics w my sec 3 class last wk..

taught this class for EM and AM... they are a hardworking and motivated bunch..

made some simple gift for them..

taught another sec 1 class for science.. but din get to take whole class pic w them... only took some pics with them during the school sports meet.. they had an event 8 x 100 m where the last runner has to be a teacher.. they asked me to run for their class lor.. and we got 1st!! haha partly coz e kids are running ferraris! hahaha thanks to them i got my 1st gold medal in a sports meet!!

this sec 1 is totally opposite of the sec 3s.. mostly r super noisy and talkative and childish and... and so on but they are nice kids thou.. got them personalised rulers hehe..

btw convocation for NIE BA/BSC is on 29th July Wed @ 6.00pm.. it's such an unearthly hour -.-" cant throw the hat liao coz later cant find in the dark..

colour code for grad gown is Light blue edged with golden yellow and white for BSC and light blue edged with red and white for BA.. yupyup..

we will have another separate Teacher's Investiture ceremony to attend.. early july i guess..

we r graduating!!!!!

Happy 23rd Month~!

both da and i were too busy over the practicum that we had forgotten abt it! it just so happened that on that day i decided to post-treat da for dinner coz i had FINALLY PASSED my driving!! wheeee~~~ hahaha im officially a driver!!! manual one ok.. ya it's after the treat then realise tt day is also our anni.. hehe.. ya so had pasta at Pasta Fresca... found this place online.. it has one of the most original Italian pasta and has a wide variety of pasta to choose from.. it's definitely different from the pasta that we have at pasta mania and elsewhr.. worth a try!! will give 4 thumbs up! slurps~!

relatively italian ambience..but find the tables too close to each other..

IT Fair

i've got a new lappy!! it's a netbook rather.. Lenovo S10.. 10.1 inch.. small and of coz super portable!! haf to get used to typing on the much smaller keypad and looking at a much smaller screen after using the compaq 14.1 inch for past 3 years... got it from the IT fair, costs me $650... and sadded cant claim from LDS yet!! coz still on no-pay leave ahhhhhh.....

i've been meeting this bunch of women more frequently during this practicum period haha.. tink got meet at least 4 times? MOF & ah chew at Bugis, IT fair, Sakae at Airport, Billy bombers at Marina.. yeah yeah we always meet to eat.. only haf pics at MOF and ah chew..

it's xmas eve but it's also our last day in langkawi... boohooo... we had wanted to swim in the hotel's pool in e morning but were too lazy to wake up hahah..

despite my 'da yi ma' visit during this trip.. overall it's been a great and relaxing trip with e beautiful beaches & places.. e nice pple we met.. & of coz my da's company!! e trip would nt have been so wonderful without u da~ heee...

we also saw e simple way of life pple in langkawi lead despite e poorer living conditions as compared to ours.. life still goes on & they are able to lead a happy & i believe much stressfree life than us... tt's y we muz learn to be content with our life.. 知足常乐!! =)
